[Chinese MID Tablet PC] HIPITOUCH, the Chinese Tablet PC for Children from HIPIKIDS

HIPIKIDS has recently unveiled its tablet PCs designed only for children. Called HIPITOUCH, the first Tablet PC will incorporate an Intel processor and a 10.1 inch multi-touch screen. The latter possesses 8GB of internal memory which could normally be extended. The tablet HIPITOUCH can access the internet through 3G or through its WiFi module.
The second tablet PC will use an ARM processor and a Linux kernel. Like the first Tablet PC, it will have the 3G function, a WiFi module and a screen of 10.1 inches.

The tablets uses a sort of OS or UI named HIPICUBE where it will be possible to access your mailbox, read books, access the internet, draw, read the news … They measure 265x176x26mm and will be sold respectively 530 Dollars and 221 Dollars. But you will have to add the price of the annual subscription to access to the online contents.

In any case, it is a very interesting idea that will familiarize, at a very early age, children with technology.
